Superior Tank Cleaning in Sanitary and Chemical Environments

TANKJET® D26984 & D40159: OVERVIEW

Optimize your tank cleaning operations with TankJet D26984 and D40159 tank cleaning nozzles that feature three rotating flat sprays to effectively clean and rinse tanks up to 6.0 m (20') in diameter.

The TankJet D26984 and D40159 features three flat sprays mounted in a rotating spray head driven by the flow of the cleaning liquid. It rotates at nearly constant speed of 2 to 30 RPM over a wide range of fluid pressures for more thorough cleaning. Up to four times higher impact than a conventional rotating nozzle for improved cleaning efficiency. Perfect for cleaning, sanitizing and foaming applications; slow controlled rotational speed provides more dwell time on tank surface. PVDF nozzle body constructed of chemical and corrosion resistant Kynar® with a PTFE washer and a polyethylene sleeve 303 or 316 stainless steel body.

BENEFITS

  • Superior tank cleaning and reduced operating costs – Slow, controlled rotational speed means more spray dwell time on tank surface. Provides better spray impact than conventional free-spinning, rotating nozzles
  • Saves cleaning chemical costs – wide range of spray coverages allows only area of focus to be cleaned minimizing liquid consumption

TANKJET® 28500: OVERVIEW

Use TankJet 28500 rotating nozzles for tanks up to 5.5 m (18'). Sanitary design and durable materials of construction make this nozzle an ideal choice for CIP tank cleaning operations.

Low pressure cleaning and rinsing of tanks, vessels and containers. The TankJet 28500 is especially suited for CIP systems – no motor source is needed due to reactionary force of cleaning liquid to rotate spray head. Spray coverage ranges from 180° to 360° to meet most application needs 28500R version. It features a rotating spray head that can be easily removed from the body for easy inspection and maintenance and conforms to 3A sanitary standard.

BENEFITS

  • Ideal for sanitary applications – threadless and tapered design promotes self-draining to prevent build-up on nozzle
  • Long wear life – nozzles made of corrosion and chemical resistant PTFE to withstand aggressive cleaning liquids
  • Better spray impact – 28500 rotating nozzles provide better spray impact than static spray balls
  • Saves cleaning chemical costs – wide range of spray coverages allows only area of focus to be cleaned minimizing liquid consumption

TANKJET® 9: OVERVIEW

Powered by the flow of the cleaning liquid, TankJet 9 tank cleaning nozzles provide reliable, effective rinsing of tanks up to 4.9 m (16') in dia.

TankJet 9 flat spray nozzles mounted in a rotating spray head operate effectively in any position – vertical or horizontal.Simple and reliable – no ball bearings. It can be used for chemical distribution and passivation.

BENEFITS

  • TankJet 9-A produces two flat side sprays for 2 x 175° coverage. For tanks up to 1.8 m (6') in diameter; flow rates up to 5 gpm (18.9 l/min)
  • TankJet 9-B produces six flat sprays for 360° coverage. For tanks up to 3.6 m (12') in diameter; flow rates up to 17 gpm (64 l/min)
  • TankJet 9-C produces six flat sprays for 360° coverage. For tanks up to 4.8 m (16') in diameter; flow rates up to 38 gpm (144 l/min)
  • Ideal for CIP and sanitary applications – constructed of 316 stainless steel with thermoplastic bearings

TANKJET® 63225: OVERVIEW

The TankJet 63225 tank cleaning nozzle has no moving parts and is suitable for tanks up to 4.0 m (13') in diameter. Choose from standard or sanitary designs.

Suitable for CIP – no moving parts. Choice of 180° or 360° spray coverages. Can be installed in any position.316L stainless steel construction permits use of a wide array of chemicals. 63225-3A sanitary threadless and self-draining design prevents build-up.

BENEFITS

  • Simple, reliable design – nozzles are stationary – no chance for dirt/debris to block rotation and prevent cleaning
  • Ideal for sanitary tank cleaning applications – 63225-3A threadless and self-draining design prevents build-up on nozzle
  • Operates at high temperature – capable of withstanding high temperatures up to 204°C (400°F)

TANKJET® D41800E: OVERVIEW

The TankJet D41800E features three flat sprays for high-impact cleaning of tanks up to 3.7 m (12') in diameter.

The TankJet D41800E cleans, rinses and sanitizes medium size tanks and features three, high-impact flat sprays mounted in a rotating spray head that is driven by the flow of the cleaning liquid. It rotates at nearly constant speed of 2 to 30 rpm over a wide range of fluid pressures and has 360° spray coverage that cleans the entire tank. Sanitary pin version conforms to 3-A sanitary standard 78-01 for spray cleaning devices to remain in place (CIP).

BENEFITS

  • Slow, controlled rotational speed means more spray dwell time on tank surface
  • Provides better spray impact than conventional free-spinning, rotating nozzles
  • Operates at high temperature – capable of withstanding high temperatures up to 150°C (300°F)
  • Compact – fits in most tank openings as small as 1-1/4″ (31 mm)

TANKJET® 19: OVERVIEW

Ideal for keg and drum cleaning, TankJet 19 fluid driven tank cleaners provide better cleaning than free-spinning nozzles.

Fits in tank openings as small as 2″ (51 mm) with 7/8″ (22 mm) probe for even smaller keg or drum bungholes. The TankJet 19 carefully drilled solid stream orifices are strategically placed to provide four different spray coverages .Fluid driven unit rotates at a slow speed of 3 to 15 rpm for increased dwell time on tank surface compared to free spinning units. Suitable for CIP or portable installations. The TankJet 19 can be mounted vertically, horizontally or at any angle.

BENEFITS

  • Fits in small openings – designed for kegs and drums
