TANKJET® M60 MOBILE TANK: OVERVIEW

Improve your barrel cleaning or drum cleaning operations with our new TankJet M60 mobile tank cleaner. Experience powerful, fast cleaning of barrels and drums up to 1.5 m (5') in diameter.

Powerful cleaning using low flow rates, featuring a narrow angle full cone sprays that rotate in multiple axes for complete coverage. The M60 has a fast cycle time – less than 5 minutes, with one full cycle completed every 16 revolutions. The non-lubricated air motor driven for continuous and reliable operation and is compact, fitting in openings as small as 44.5 mm (1-3/4”) and is easily inserted in standard bung hole openings.

TANKJET® 21400A: OVERVIEW

Optimize your tank cleaning operations with the TankJet 21400A that features three rotating flat sprays to effectively clean and rinse tanks up to 1.5 m (5') in diameter.  

Effectively rinses and cleans small tanks, kegs, drums and barrels. Features three flat sprays mounted in a free spinning, rotating spray head that is driven by the flow of the cleaning liquid. The 21400A features 360° spray coverage that cleans the entire tank. It can be installed vertically or horizontally and is corrosion resistance.

TANKJET® VSM: OVERVIEW

Stationary nozzles such as the TankJet VSM are ideal for rinsing small vessels. Suitable for CIP –  and featuring no moving parts  the 240° spray coverage via 40 spray orifices can be installed in any position. Nylon construction provides excellent chemical resistance.

TANKJET® 23240: OVERVIEW

Optimize your tank cleaning operations with the TankJet 21400A that features three rotating flat sprays to effectively clean and rinse tanks up to 1.5 m (5') in diameter.  

Choose from two designs, the 23240-2 has two flat sprays that produce the self-rotating force and side sprays. The 23240-3 adds a third spray via a top orifice to provide nearly full spherical spray coverage. Long wear life – with the nozzle being constructed of 316 stainless steel with bearings and races made of specially-hardened 316 stainless steel. Standard internal 50% stainless steel filled PTFE sleeve or optional PTFE sleeve. Can withstand temperatures up to 177°C (350°F)
