The air knives deliver a high velocity, uniform air flow. Compressed air flows through an inlet (A) and is directed to the orifice. The air flow exits the nozzle orifice across the length of the knife (B), creating a uniform sheet of air. Secondary air is entrained along the edge of the knife (C) for added force. WindJet low flow air knives are ideal for use in small areas and when the process cannot tolerate an increase in temperature.
